Details for the race in Tucson

Message from Greg Perrine:

Dennis Scheepstra track manager at Southwestern Raceway explained to me the following:

March 2nd

They will be opening on Monday before the race for parking.
He will try to reserve some pavement parking slots for us if we can get him some kind of a car count.

March 4th

There is a possibility that cars may be able to make a pass/some passes on Wednesday
because they will be having a "fun day" race for the guys that will be there for the Divisional NHRA race.

March 5th

Thursday will be an official test and tune day for us.
No run times set for Thursday.

March 6th

Qualifying will be on Friday.
Our qualifying will be run after the comp cars--in place of the alcohol cars.
The comps are set to run at 1pm - 4pm - 7pm.
We will immediately follow them.
He estimated our run times to be approximately 2:30 - 5:30 - 9:30.

March 7th

Eliminations will be on Saturday.
There is also a long shot that a pass could be made Sat morning before eliminations just depending on time.
Our Eliminations will be run after the comp cars.
We will immediately follow them.

This is not set in concrete yet, but looks to be pretty much it.
Racers will be able to spend Sat night there no problem-possibly Sunday night too!
The corrected elevation there is 3075 feet.
